The villa was built around the 1900s in the spa style architecture and was extensively and lovingly renovated in 2000.
From here you can reach the gastronomy and shopping mile after 200 meters. The fine sandy south and north beaches are 300 meters away as the crow flies and invite you to swim, sunbathe and take long walks by the sea. The free bus to the beach stops at Villa Vineta. The footpath to the beach leads along the forest promenade with panoramic views of the sea (see video for route). Take the shortcut via a short forest path or the comfortable inclined elevator to the beach promenade, which leads all the way to Sellin.
